Information we collect
We process account and contact details, patient and family-member details, collection addresses, bookings, payment references, reports, communication preferences, support messages, callback requests, and security logs required to operate the service.
Why we use it
Information is used to create and manage bookings, arrange sample collection, send samples to Thyrocare, make reports available securely, process payments and refunds, send requested notifications, prevent misuse, and meet legal or operational obligations.
Laboratory and payment partners
Relevant booking and sample information is shared with Thyrocare for processing and reporting. Payment details are processed by the configured payment provider; this application stores provider references and statuses rather than raw card credentials.
Retention
Chat conversations are normally retained for up to 90 days and resolved callback requests for up to 365 days, unless a different period is legally required or configured for a legitimate operational need. Expired sessions and temporary import files are removed automatically. Medical, booking, payment, audit, and report records may require longer retention.
Your choices
You can update profile and communication preferences in your account. You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by contacting the address above. Some records may be retained when required for healthcare, financial, fraud-prevention, or legal obligations.
Security
We use role-based access, tenant isolation, encrypted session handling, restricted report access, input validation, provider signature checks, and operational logging. No internet service can promise absolute security.
